Justin Schaeffer - President
Justin retired from the Army as a Lieutenant Colonel in May 2018. A former Army Acquisition Corps Professional and Battalion Commander, Justin is a Certified Procurement Contract Manager (CPCM), a Certified Federal Contract Manager (CFCM), and earned his Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III accreditation. Justin graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor’s of Science in Economics and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of South Carolina. Following his successful career in the Army he has dedicated himself to supporting the Veteran Affairs Administration and Military Veterans. As a member of the Red Team at the Dorn Veteran Affairs Medical Center in Columbia, SC, he has a vested interest in ensuring contractors provide superior service to the VA and support the VA’s core values of Integrity, Commitment, Advocacy, Respect and Excellence.
Nick McLendon - Vice President
Nick has over 20 years of experience in the industry and has managed all start-ups, equipment purchasing, deliveries, routes, staffing, warehousing, and operations for over 5,500 home oxygen patients.
Rachel McLendon - Director of Operations
Rachel has over 20 years of experience in the industry and has lead operations of multiple departments during this time. She is currently the director of operations who oversees the billing and customer service team, quality control program and emergency preparedness plans. She is also member of the executive leadership team and assists in the overall company strategies to execute successful government contracts.
